6. Unacceptable Ads
The following is a partial list of items/services that will not be accepted for posting on losangeles-ads.com:
Pornography in any form, weapons, explosive devices (including fireworks), illegal drugs and paraphernalia, alcohol, tobacco products, prescription drugs and/or medical devices, non perscription drugs that may or may not require FDA approval, human or animal body parts or fluids, hazardous substances, stolen property, counterfeit items (including identification), gambling sites and gambling paraphernalia, bulk email lists or spam, personals or dating services.
You can report postings to our staff using the "Report Ad" option. When you use the report abuse option, our servers may record your IP address. In addition you may contact us via email provided in the pop-up window.
7. Submission of Content to this Website
By providing any content to our website:
(a) you acknowledge and agree that we shall have the right (but not obligation), in our sole discretion, to refuse to publish or to remove or block access to any content you provide at any time and for any reason, with or without notice;
(b) you agree that we have the right to terminate your access (block your email or IP address) for any reason if we believe you have violated these terms in any manner. You agree not to hold the website liable for such termination, and further agree not to attempt to use the website after termination.

You can create your own account. The registration progress is complete when the account becomes active. To protect your account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activities that happens on or through your account.

Los Angeles Ads has the right to delete advertisements or accounts that are deemed to contain prohibited content. Los Angeles Ads reserves the right to delete the accounts of users whose account(s) has/have been inactive for the past 12 months.
We reserve the right at any time, with or without notice, to remove any avatar you may be using or other registration information.
If you believe your account may have been misused, contact us immediately via contact form.
If you want to delete your account, please use the "Delete Account" button in your ad management panel. All your data will be deleted immediately, including all posts belonging to the user account.

The current price for some categories are indicated on the ad placement site (Posting Fees). All fees are payable in US dollars.
Those ads must be purchased in advance for activation on the website. Also all featured ads and featured events must be paid in advance. All payments will be processed by PayPal or a third-party credit card payment processing company. We may refuse any posting.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this website or service, your provision of Content, your violation of this Terms of Use or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.
