My name is Stephanie and I am reaching out to potential landlords, property owners who may interested in housing veterans and their families. Many are employed and may have a voucher through one of the VA programs. These families may aslo be facing barriers of credit, The locations of interest are Cerritos, Artesia and surrounding areas. We are looking for landlords who are open to alternative screening considerations, including flexibility with credit and background challenges, knowing that strong support systems are in place.
