Healthcare agency seeks bilingual PCAs who speaks fluent Korean to care for our older adult clients on-site pursuant to the PACE program (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly). Immediate Hire. $23 - $27 an hour, plus $3,000 signing bonus.

Responsibilities: • Support participants with activities of daily living (ADLs) in the clinic and center, and occasionally the home. • Assists participants with entering and exiting transportation vehicles and acting as a medical escort • Escort participants to offsite medical appointments • Assists with food service delivery and monitoring during mealtimes • Support participants during mealtime by ensuring participants receive the correct meals, and aiding participants in feeding, as needed • Maintain personal care supplies, such as incontinence supplies and personal grooming items • Ensures that orders from the interdisciplinary team regarding personal care services and/or monitoring of participant status are followed • Communicates effectively to participants, families, staff, and other agencies

Requirements: • Experienced personal care attendant or certified nursing assistant • Bilingual in English/Korean required • Ability to speak, read, and write English and Korean fluently. • CPR and First Aid certification (within 60 days of employment) • Proof of a valid CA driver’s license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law

$23 - $27 an hour based on experience
