I have an Olympic weight pile. Squat Rack, Dips and Pullups Bars, 10-55# Dumbbells, etc - all right here to use.
I'm coming back after an injury and need to get out of a rut. Looking to stay in this routine & not screw up.
I'm already been on a training diet for a year, and doing basic minimal lifts. (BP 185# for reps, want 225#, etc).
Right now I'm combining Strength Training and some volume stuff, maybe some Calisthenics. (30 sets per workout average, 5-6x/week, more or less)
Need someone aggressive and motivated, to show up every day and run this program!
Ideal gig for experienced 16-26 athlete and/or lifter
NO license/certificate necessary
NO previous experience necessary
NO gym membership or application necessary
I DON'T CARE if you just got out of Juvie, or out of College!
Just work hard af in the gym!
