Join Africa In America® this September 28th and 29th for an immersive wellness experience called "THE YARD SHOW: A Celebration of African American Traditions, where we will delve into African American traditions that promote healthy living and overall well-being. Through a series of interactive events, participants will learn about mindfulness practices, resources that can uplift you as an artist, and the music and dance history that has been passed down from generation to generation. Engage in discussions about incorporating these practices into your daily routine to achieve a healthier lifestyle, contests with grand prizes, Master dance workshops from top dancers in the TV/Film industry, all while honoring an iconic woman in the community, Congolese Master Dancer/Drummer Mabiba Baegne.
