Piano Lessons

Mr. Sam started his music journey at the age of 7. He earned his Master of Music in Jazz Studies from University of North Texas and Bachelors in Classical Music from Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan. Mr. Chang strives to be a composer, producer and musician. He had proudly released an album with UNT One O’Clock Lab Band, which is one of the top Jazz Big Bands in U.S. well known for their numerous Grammy Awards. 

Mr. Sam has many years of experience in teaching piano and trumpet lessons as well as conducting brass band and wind band. Along with his teaching career, he is also an active performer in international music festivals, competitions and educational conferences. He has 10 years of performance experience in professional orchestra, wind band, brass band, jazz band, pop music band and various ensembles. He has performed with Christian McBride, Chris Potter, Marcus Miller, Audrey Ochoa, Rashawn Ross, Marshall Gilkes, Jimmy Heath, Scott Belck, Frank Greene, Carey Deadman and Doc Severinsen. He also won numerous awards in Taiwan National Music Competition, including solo piano, solo trumpet and brass quintet.
