We are selling this elegant modern sofa with pullout bed in gray suede fabric, designed for living rooms or bedrooms that we got from a client in Beverly Hills, CA.
This pre-loved, super comfy sofa has been very well cared for, very minimal stains, no rips or tears, and looks and it feels amazing!
The bed is queen size and easy to pull out and to put away. The mattress is very clean just has some small stains but nothing major. The sheets have been washed with oxyclean and chlorine prior to listing.
Measurements: 89-inch length, 38-inch width, and 30-inch height. It has a backrest height of 18 inches.
