Duties and Responsibilities include and are not limited to: 
- Assisting in the routing of incoming calls
 
- Handling customer questions and inquiries
 
- Order processing 
 
- Data entry
 
- File maintenance
 
- Other administrative duties as required and/or assigned
 
 
Requirements/Skills: 
- Basic computer knowledge 
 
- Comfortable, friendly and professional on the phone
 
- Strong organizational skills
 
- Self-motivated, willingness and ability to learn
 
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
 
- Dependable; great attendance and punctuality record
 
- Bilingual preferred; English/Spanish
