We are a well established company with over 60 years in business looking for a reliable and dedicated Office Assistant!

Duties and Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the routing of incoming calls
  • Handling customer questions and inquiries
  • Order processing
  • Data entry
  • File maintenance
  • Other administrative duties as required and/or assigned

Requirements/Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Comfortable, friendly and professional on the phone
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, willingness and ability to learn
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Dependable; great attendance and punctuality record
  • Bilingual preferred; English/Spanish
