AZ Air Conditioning and Heating is seeking Experienced Brand Ambassadors to join our team in the Los Angeles and Ventura county area! We are looking for motivated, engaging, and sales-oriented type Brand Ambassadors for our Big Box retailers.
The entire purpose of this is to INCREASE SALES by engaging with customers that need our services!! If you have a knack for sales, then this might be for you.
Who we’re looking for:
Ideal Brand Ambassador will be self-disciplined and motivated. You will be responsible for acquiring customers for our HVAC services by approaching customers as they are shopping.
What you’ll do:
• Communicate a thorough understanding of features, benefits, product differences and services
• Engage with in store customers in a friendly manner
•Enter customer info on IPAD
•Must be reliable and dependable
This is a part-time position working a 25-30 hrs a week. Hours includes weekends and can be made to accommodate classes or other commitments.
• Fluent in Spanish
• 2-3 years relevant Field Sales or Marketing experience
• Enthusiasm for new technology and Home Services
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position such as standing or walking for the duration of the shift
• Reliable transportation
Guaranteed $16/hour BASE! The commission will be $50-200 per install. $50 bonus upon completing paid training period. We will also have weekly top sales incentives and other fun give-ways to keep the team excited and having a fun time!
