OFFICE ASSISTANT
AZY firm is looking for an office assistant to assist with administrative duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be organized, able to balance priorities, communicate efficiently and manage deadlines
Must be trustworthy and capable of maintaining confidentiality
Experience working in accounting office a plus
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Creating spreadsheets
- Answering phones
- Calling clients to request documents and information
- Running errands
- Tax return assembly
- Filing
- Data entry
- Scanning and copying
