Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced roofers to subcontract with our company. The ideal candidates will demonstrate the following qualities:
Responsibilities:
Handle all roofing projects responsibly, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
Punctuality is non-negotiable: Timely arrival at job sites for same-day inspections and efficient project completion is required.
Effective communication is mandatory: Proficiency in English is essential (Spanish is a plus).
Problem-solving abilities are a must: Think creatively to overcome challenges and address issues promptly.
Execute jobs on time without fail: Prioritize final inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform demolition tasks diligently: Including the removal of trash, materials, and debris from rooftops.
Availability during inspection times is mandatory to facilitate the process and address any concerns.
Requirements:
A crew of at least three people with reliable transportation (preferably a truck) is non-negotiable.
Previous experience in roofing and construction is required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is a must.
Strong work ethic and dedication to meeting deadlines are essential.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship are mandatory.
List of Prices for Roofers (English):
****Shingles per-Big: $150***
****Extra Layer: $15***
****Torch: $150***
****Tile Reset: $230***
****New Tile: $300***
****Change wood up 10% from roof: 10%***
****Fascia Board per foot: $4***
****Shiplap per foot: $3***
****Plywood Redeck per big (3 plywood each): $45***
Important Notes:
Please be advised that all roofers must have proper transportation to pick up materials from vendors such as Home Depot and JB Roofing, and haul away trash after demo.
All materials will be paid for by the company. There may be some exceptions occasionally, but they are rare.
All invoices are due by Wednesday.
If you are a 1099 contract worker, you will be paid in full.
If you are paid in cash, a 7% deduction will be made from the amount paid.
Friday is payday with no exceptions.
