The primary function of the Receptionist is to provide staff support to team members, and to maintain active office assignments, assist in areas needed such as medical records, manage the front desk and be responsible for compliance in office by obtaining confidentiality in accordance to policy and procedures
Establishes and maintains confidential information
Responsible for carrying out items or task assigned
Performs secretarial duties related to screening calls and facilitating communication for Team Managers and other staff between patients, families, and other companies

Maintains Managers schedule
Performs other duties such as routine correspondence, scheduling part time personnel, and contacting outside agencies
Acts as a relief for Staffing/Intake Coordinators
Must be able to adapt to changes
Must be able to work collaboratively with coworkers
Will initiate and follow up on all Customer Service calls for discharged patients within the last 60 days
Call and remind them they were on service with Doctors Choice and we are simply doing a patient satisfaction call to access how we are doing and if improvements are needed
If there are any immediate issues regarding patient care or service, Admin Assistant/Receptionist will report immediately to Operations Manager
Create a spreadsheet for all discharged patients within the last 60 days and submit this to Operations Manager before end of day
Track SOC’s/PT/OT/ST
Check communication notes in the morning regarding SOC’s in case there are repeat patients that need to be reached out
Customer Service Calls (at the 5th day) to ensure all disciplines have visited patients
