Introduction:
We are an established IT consulting company specializing in Managed IT Service. We are looking for a bright and highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Senior Support Technician. Our office is located in the city of Walnut with clients in the Metro Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire. The individual will be expected to interact with clients and provide phone and remote support with the opportunity to provide onsite support upon completing training.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in diagnosing advance IT and network issue
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of server and network hardware
- Knowledge in PC and MAC hardware/software including desktop, laptop and server
- Setup, configure and support server OS including Microsoft Windows 2012, 2008 servers
- Setup, configure and support Citrix and VMware virtual environment
- Knowledge in VPNs, firewalls, router, and remote access
- Perform in house duty with client server operation and event logging
Experience/Education:
- 1 to 4 years technical experience
- BS degree in IT related major
- Fluent in English
- Bilingual in Chinese a plus
