Position Summary
Property Management Firm is seeking a Part time Resident Property Manager for their Project Based Section 8 affordable properties located throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
Responsibilities/Job Duties
- Clean and Maintain property
- Perform unit inspections
- Collect rent
- Report maintenance requests and repairs
- Enforces Lease and House rules
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience as a Property Manager in Project Based Section 8 Preferred
- Must be able to efficiently communicate verbally and written.
- Required to live on site; apartment factored into your compensation.
