Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Vernon, CA
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM, Monday – Friday, alternating every other Saturday after completing training

Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolving customer complaints and concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Providing accurate product or service information.
Operating cash registers and handling monetary transactions.
Maintaining customer records and updating as necessary.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Previous customer service and cashier experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
