We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with cashier and customer service experience. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, able to handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries related to shipments, products, and complaints.
Process orders, cancellations, and backorders.
Handle cash, perform data entry, and maintain customer files.
Resolve delivery issues and process replacement orders.
Solicit sales of new or additional products.
Gather customer feedback and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
Must have cashier and customer service experience.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Wage: $17 - $18 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (schedule may change based on production's needs)
