Couple in search of room or apartment for rent we have a cat and are able afford 1000$ monthly tops with ALL utilities included. I'm disabled so have fixed income as I'm unable to return to work yet as I go through things needed to get me back into work force my lady friend will also be my care provider with my minor mobility needs. I do qualify to live in senior living facilities that are not licensed do to my disabilities if available. My lady friend works off books as housekeeper & willing to do some light housekeeping in Exchange for the lower rent.
