Survey is looking for Cosmetic Reset Merchandisers to complete reset projects at various convenience store locations in the area. The work week is Monday - Friday and the hours are 8am - 5:30pm. The position pays $18 per hour. The reset will run for approximately 12 weeks, beginning on January 11th and going through April 2nd. You'll typically work 40 hours a week for the duration of the reset.
As a Cosmetic Reset Merchandiser, you'll be part of a hard-working team that rearranges all the products on the shelves at stores. You'll implement the new planogram (shelf map / schematic), move fixtures, set signage, stock products, and more. You'll have a designated team lead on site, and the team lead assigns your specific tasks, checks your work, and acts as your supervisor.
About you:
The ideal candidate likes to work hard, is reliable, has reliable transportation, and takes his or her work seriously. While you will be working with other reset merchandisers, you will have to work independently. We prefer to hire people with planogram experience but can be flexible for the right person. Bonus points if you have experience working at makeup counters at department stores or cosmetic specialty stores like Sephora, Mac, or Sally Beauty.
After the reset ends, you will have plenty of other opportunities through our app, both with resets and with other retail services work.
About the Position:
Work days: Monday through Friday
Hours are 8am - 5:30pm (30 min unpaid lunch, two paid 15-min breaks)
Pay is $18 / hour, paid via OpenForce
Your Responsibilities:
Remove products from the shelves
Place new items based on the updated planogram (POG)
Assemble and install fixtures, shelves, racks, and signage
Attach shelf tags
Make sure the products face the front and are in perfect order
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Must be able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time
Ability to work on a team and follow instructions
Must have reliable transportation and a current, valid driver's license
Must have an Android or iOS device capable of running the Survey Merchandiser app
Previous reset or retail merchandising experience preferred
Basic knowledge of how to use basic hand tools
Able to pass a background check
Drug screening may be required
Must be 18 years old or older
