If you answered yes to any of these questions, Helpline-To-Recovery is here to help you or your loved one overcome those challenges and regain a sense of self and achievement. Here at Helpline-To-Recovery, we offer a different approach to addiction and mental health issues so that you or your loved one can regain control of life and heal from the wounds that substance use has created. We don’t just treat the symptoms of addiction, we work on identifying the root causes of use and help you or your loved one work to cope with the struggles of life so that there isn’t an overwhelming need to use drugs or alcohol anymore. We offer many alternative style treatment options, including yoga and meditation, sound and art therapy, and mindfulness as well as traditional treatment services using Evidence Based Practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, providing psycho-education and motivational interviewing techniques. At Helpline-To-Recovery, you or your loved one will find everything needed to address addiction and start working towards being whole again.
Helpline-To-Recovery offers two different levels of care for adults, Part Hospitalization Program (PHP) which meets 5x week for 6 hours each day and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) which meets 3x week for 3 hours each day.
We also have an adolescent IOP program as well as a PHP program for teens.
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Part Hospitalization Program (PHP) are designed as a collaborative approach to substance use disorder (SUD) treatment in alignment with Lifeline-To-Recovery Behavioral Health to address the needs of individuals with substance use disorders through the use of both alternative treatment techniques and Evidence Based Practices (EBPs) in group counseling and individual sessions.
It is our goal at Helpline-To-Recovery to plant seeds and save lives through the utilization of EBPs and coordination of care through integration of care through available health services so that individuals with SUDs can build a stable foundation for recovery to rebuild their lives.
