Homeless Shelters on the Beach

CA treats the homeless and the illegals better than they do working tax payers. Why not build them in Riverside or somewhere where's there's open space you ask? Because the homeless say they deserve to live on the beach and should not have to work. Face it, CA has turned into a steaming sack of crap. And soon it will be bankrupt and like always the working class will pay out the ass as the filthy rich get richer and pay next to nothing. If the filthy rich did have to help pay they would be screaming bloody murder and the politicians wouldn't get their bribes and campiagn money.
