Who is Eligible?

This offer will be available to select new Frontier Fiber customers in California and Florida who have a qualified inactive ONT at their service address.

The 3-months FREE promotion applies to 1 Gig and 500 Mbps speeds when Bank AutoPay is selected. Other AutoPay methods or orders without AutoPay will still be subject to the charges outlined.

Billing Callouts

The promo discount will be reflected in the customer’s first bill. The first bill may also include pro-rated charges to cover the initial days of service activation until the bill date begins. Full billing will begin in month 4. Ensure billing expectations are clearly outlined, including the total amount due and applicable discounts during the three-month promotional period, as well as the pricing structure from month 4 onward.
