Seeking Proposals for Outreaching Services of Small Businesses

This bulletin announces that FAJ Consulting Services Inc. is seeking proposals for outreach services to small business prospects interested in accessing capital.

Services to be provided:

Conduct outreach campaigns and identify small business prospects inside the perimeter of the City of Los Angeles, interested in accessing capital to promote the growth of their business. Applicants should be able to conduct assessments of both startups and operating companies to determine if the prospect meets the basic requirements for access to capital.

Assessment topics should cover the following areas:

• Pre-underwriting techniques to identify qualifying factors or the lack thereof.
• Debt Service Coverage calculation to determine repayment ability.
• Generation of a startup scoreboard to determine approval of a startup.
• Generation of a Profitability Assessment Spreadsheet to review approval of an operating company.

Proposal requirements: - Applicants must describe ability and experience demonstrating at least 6-8 years of experience. - Referrals from organizations or clients for whom they have performed similar work will be necessary.

Submission Requirements:

• The cover Page should include the proposer’s name, address, contact information, and total bid amount.
• The proposal should be no more than three pages long, including the cover page.
