Person must have:
- At least five years experience as a marketing director or ten years in marketing
- Excellent track record of driving in leads and improving brand recognition
- Extensive knowledge and experience with digital marketing
- Passion for marketing and landing big clients
- Strong people skills
- Ability to write and execute marketing programs
- Excellent math skills for marketing budgets and measuring ROI
- Strong literacy
- Strong creativity
- Excellence at writing highly effective ad copy
- Strong familiarity with Word and Excel
- Artistic skills helpful

Job duties include:
- Fully researching and understanding marketing trends and strategies, particularly in our industry
- Overseeing all advertising

- Working out all budget, resource, and logistic needs for marketing execution
- Creating and executing multifaceted digital marketing programs
- Working with our sales team to capitalize on opportunities
- Helping our sales teams hit and exceed sales goals
- Helping to train our franchises and branch offices on marketing so they thrive
