- short or long term (month minimum)
- it is in a large home with a large yard and patio in a quite neighbourhood, close to downtown
- it is shared accommodation
- the room is on the upper level it has a private 2 piece bath (sink and toilet)
- shared full bathroom facilities (shower) on the same floor
- two full shared kitchens, dining area and two lounge areas
- TV and mini fridge in room
- laundry, parking, basement storage
- heat/hydro/wifi/ basic cable included
- no smoke, no pets
