Homeless crisis

Wake up city of Los Angeles we are having a drug crisis that's why these individuals are homeless 5% are people that lost their home or have nowhere to go 95% are drug addicted I need rehabs.

Stop wasting our tax dollars and find a solution placing drug addicts in homes is not a solution.

A drug-addicted attic is not going to go looking for help they can't see the crisis there in they will continue to live the lifestyle that they live that's why they're living on the streets you can hire all the people you want open all the clinics you want they are not going to come to you you have to go to them they're not going to go to your housing because they're comfortable living in the streets.

Remember Reagan he wiped away all mental health hospitals back in the day when we used to walk through downtown LA there was no homeless people if we seen somebody there were known back then as hobos cuz you rarely seen a homeless person because there was no drugs like there is today.

Stop we are going to become a third world country with all the money that we are spending and not addressing the issue you can't even walk the streets of Los Angeles anymore not because everybody is suffering from some sort of psychological problem open up rehabs and mental facilities put them in their bite force like we used to do there was never this problem before Reagan took it away.
